Website and Online Purchase Terms and Conditions

Dream Japan Travel requires that all the visitors to our site (the “Site”) adhere to the following terms of use, including the Privacy Policy set forth on our Site (the “Terms”). By accessing the Site, by consuming content and/or purchasing any of our digital information products on our Site, you indicate your acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not intend to be bound by this agreement, do not access, or use the Site. Dream Japan Travel reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to update, revise or otherwise modify the Terms without notice or liability.

By using the website to consume content or contact us to purchase digital information products from Dream Japan Travel™, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, and are consenting to these terms and conditions and to our privacy policy. Please read these Terms & Conditions before placing an order or using this website.

Your access to and use of the Site is subject to all applicable international, federal, state and local laws and regulations.


  • Products are non-refundable once an order is place and accepted
  • Purchased products cannot be returned or exchanged for other products

In these Terms & Conditions

“We” and “us” means Dream Japan Travel™
“You” means the person placing an order or using the site.

“The contract is agreed” – by contacting us and completing an order request, you are making an intent to purchase a product(s) which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. An acceptance email from us confirms that the contract is formed.


This website and all content contained within, including product content, is protected by copyright and no portion of it may be used without express written permission from Dream Japan Travel™.


This website allows comments on specific articles or blog pages, but all comments will be monitored and will be displayed at the sole discretion of Dream Japan Travel™.


By completing and submitting an electronic order form, you are making a request to purchase goods or services which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Please note that products will not be sent (or links to online products) until we have authorization from your payment card issuer or Confirmation from PayPal that the transaction went through. We will not be liable if there is a delay, and we will not accept your order request if payment is not authorized.

Certain steps must be followed for a contract to be formed, as described below.

After you have placed your order request:

You will receive an email to acknowledge your order. It will confirm which products you have ordered, but it may not constitute an acceptance of your order. You may be directed to a third-party site to complete your order.

We do not have to accept your order request, and for example, we will not accept your order if:

  • Your payment is not authorized
  • There is an error on our website regarding the price or other details of the products
  • You have canceled your order

We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Returning products after sending

Each product sold is non-refundable once the product has been delivered to you via a website link or a PDF and confirmation of purchase. Due to the nature of intellectual property, materials provided as part of the product sale cannot be returned in whole or in part to Dream Japan Travel™. Additionally, products cannot be exchanged for alternative selections. If you decide later that you would prefer an alternate digital information product, it will need to be purchased separately.  Please choose your digital information product carefully. If you have any questions prior to selecting your digital information product, please direct it to our email contact. 

Pricing and payment

Any prices throughout the website are quoted in U.S. dollars, and payment can only be accepted in U. S. Dollars.

The price you pay is the price of the products shown at the time you place your order, even if the price of the product has since changed.

Payments for digital information product or other products will be run through the PayPal. Your payment card will be debited for your order at the time the order is placed. By submitting an online order with Dream Japan Travel™, you expressly agree not to request a ‘charge back’ of any fees or payments for said orders, and that no dispute with Dream Japan Travel™ will be raised with or adjudicated by the credit card company. Rather, you agree to contact Dream Japan Travel™ directly to resolve the issue or obtain a refund pursuant to the product sales terms.

Where an offer mentions that an item is reduced in price, eg: half-price, the PayPal request that is sent will show the discounted price for the digital information product and will reflect the offer at checkout before any other applicable charges are applied.

Delivery information

All products are delivered to you via an email confirmation and link. To access your product, you will need to be able to open a PDF.  Our products are not for circulation and only for the individual who purchased the digital information product.

Please see individual product sales pages for information about delivery and shipping charges, where applicable.

For products that require shipping, we will email you as soon as your order has been shipped and will advise of the shipping method (if any) at that time.

Changes to Terms & Conditions for buying products online

We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions for buying digital information product online from time to time. If this happens, we will notify you by posting the new Terms & Conditions for buying products online on the website. If you do not wish to be governed by the revised Terms & Conditions for buying products online, you must not place any further orders and refrain from using the site.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the law of the United States and the State of Colorado; you and we agree to use the Colorado courts should any dispute arise.

If any part of these Terms & Conditions for buying products online is found to be invalid by law, the rest of them remain valid and enforceable.Top of FormBottom of Form
